These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Juno SMS and voice service ("Juno" or the "Service") operated by Steven Saehrig ("we", "us", or "I"). By exchanging SMS or voice messages with Juno you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

Juno is a personal AI assistant operated by Steven Saehrig. Juno exchanges SMS and voice messages for the purpose of scheduling, coordinating meetings, answering questions directed to Steven Saehrig, and following up on conversations you have already had with Steven. Juno is not a marketing channel and does not send promotional offers.

2. How you opted in

You are receiving messages from Juno because one of the following is true:

  • You have an existing business or personal relationship with Steven Saehrig and shared your phone number in the course of that relationship.
  • You explicitly opted in by texting Juno first, or by verbally or in writing agreeing to receive messages from Juno.

If neither is true, reply STOP and your number will be removed from the Service.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Juno. Juno replies when you initiate a conversation and sends scheduling or follow-up messages tied to an active engagement with Steven Saehrig. There is no fixed cadence.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges your mobile carrier imposes for sending or receiving messages. Juno does not charge you directly for SMS.

5. Opt-out and help

You can opt out of SMS from Juno at any time:

  • Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, REVOKE, or QUIT) to any message from Juno.
  • You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out. No further messages will be sent after that, unless you opt back in by replying START or UNSTOP.

6. Supported carriers and availability

The Service is supported on major U.S. carriers and their MVNOs. Delivery is not guaranteed on every carrier or in every region, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Acceptable use

When exchanging messages with Juno you agree not to:

  • Send unlawful, harassing, threatening, or abusive content.
  • Attempt to impersonate another person or to access information you are not authorized to access.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the Service or to interfere with its operation.

Steven Saehrig may remove your number from the Service at any time if these terms are violated.

8. Privacy

Your information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. SMS data, including phone numbers and message content, is never sold and is never shared with affiliates or third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Disclaimer

Juno is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Juno is an automated assistant and its responses may contain errors. Nothing Juno says is legal, financial, tax, or professional advice, and no message from Juno creates a contract, commitment, or agreement on behalf of Steven Saehrig unless Steven Saehrig separately confirms it. Steven Saehrig makes no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steven Saehrig is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including lost profits, lost data, or delayed or undelivered messages. Total cumulative liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of the Service operator's principal residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction in that state, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

12. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
